Amazonite: Amazonite is a stunning gemstone known for its beauty and healing powers, with colours ranging from green to turquoise. With a name deriving from the Amazon River, it is said that the Amazonians - a tribe of warrior women - embellished their battle gear with Amazonite. Because of this, Amazonite is often seen as the stone of courage and bravery.

Amethyst: This eye-catching, vivid gemstone ranges from purple to violet. Amethyst is one of the most notable gemstones and the most popular form of quartz in the world today due to its beautiful colouration as well as its spiritual meaning. Its name is derived from the Greek word améthystos which translates to ‘not intoxicated’, as this crystal was believed to prevent one from getting drunk. Ultimately, Amethyst spiritualities groundedness, tranquillity and calm.

Aventurine: This gemstone variety of quartz ranges from light to dark green in colour and is distinguished by its metallic and sparkly embellishments. The spiritual meaning of this gemstone is characterised as the ‘heart healer’, and it is recommended that you keep it close to the heart. This is because of Aventurine’s close relation to the Heart Chakra, green on the outside and pink on the inside, which is said to be the perfect metaphor for understanding the energy of Aventurine with the green acting as the protective outer shield keeping the soft, pink heart of our inner vulnerabilities safe.
