Maverick Musing is Hiring!

We are so excited to be able to offer job placements via the Government Kickstart Scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone aged between 16 and 24 who is currently unemployed, on universal credit and working with a work coach.


We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive young people who want to learn and apply the skills learned at college or university to work on our exciting business.


If you have studied art, design, communications, marketing or business (or more) and you are looking for an opportunity to learn and develop in a fun, friendly and creative environment, then we would love to hear from you.


The placement will be:

  • 25 hours a week

  • For six months

  • Paid the National Living Wage

There are several roles (many remote) available between now and December 2021 (not all are live yet):

  1. Sales Assistant x 2

  2. Social Media Assistant

  3. Photographer

  4. SEO Assistant

  5. Admin Assistant

  6. Graphic Designer

  7. Customer Service Assistant

  8. HR Assistant

  9. Accounts and Finance Assistant

  10. Copywriter

  11. General IT and website support

  12. Digital Marketeer

  13. Studio Assistant

What will you gain with the Kickstart Scheme at Maverick Musing?

You will receive a comprehensive package of experience and support throughout.

  • First-hand work experience

  • A personal training and development plan

  • Ongoing feedback

  • Employability skills to help you gain confidence and develop your CV or portfolio

How to apply

To be eligible for the scheme, applicants must be unemployed and in receipt of Universal Credit.

If you would like to apply for one of the roles, please contact your local Job Centre and speak to your work coach. Let them know which role you are interested in at Maverick Musing (Kiss of Life Denim Ltd).

Your work coach will be able to talk you through the job roles and descriptions and refer you to apply. We can not proceed with your application until your work coach sends over your referral (Please do not apply directly; to be eligible you must be referred via the Job Centre).
