At Maverick Musing, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Read about them below. Warranty Disclaimer
Our goal is to carefully curate quality, use traditional and innovative handcraft techniques and develop thoughtful design. Due to the unique and one of a kind nature of our designs, we offer one year limited warranty on our products, and offer free repair on all designs by Maverick Musing, in the unlikely instance your piece is defective.
Returns Policy
Returns and Refunds
Maverick Musing is happy to accept returns of items (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase (UK) and 28 days (overseas). If you would like to return a product, please get in touch via email or our Contact Us form with your order number and we will look into your query.
All items must be returned unworn in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
We advise that all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for returns unless signed for by a member of Maverick Musing staff. Please note we might not email you upon receipt of your parcel, if you would like to confirm that your parcel has arrived to our offices, please check your tracking number on the parcel courier’s website.
Unfortunately, products returned after 60 days or with any visible signs of damage or wear will not be processed. Please note that return costs are not refundable, and we advise returning the product via Royal Mail tracked and signed recorded delivery to ensure safe transit.
If in the rare occasion your item is faulty, you can request a free returns postage slip by emailing hello@maverickmusing.com. This only applies to UK orders.
Returns are usually processed within 10-14 working days, although during busy periods this may vary. As soon as we’ve received and taken care of your return, we’ll email you to confirm that your refund has been issued.
Please note that the refund timeframe may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers:
Credit Card:
Our bank will credit your account within 5-10 working days of receipt of your items.
PayPal:
Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of your refund email being sent.
All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the UK. Outside the UK, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds will always be processed onto the same debit or credit card used for purchase. If your item has been bought via a Maverick Musing Gift Card we will issue you with a new credit note.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at Maverick Musing on our one of a kind handmade designs. They are photographed in natural light with no filters or edited enhancement to showcase their authentic state and quality. Please ensure you carefully look at the image and read the description to ensure you pick the perfect piece for you.

Gift With Purchase
Maverick Musing may run promotions or offer complimentary gift sales, if you received a complimentary gift with your purchase alongside a paid item, the free item should also be returned in order to receive a full refund. The gift value will be deducted from you refund amount if the free item is not also returned.
Sale
We understand that you might have purchased a product recently that has now been reduced in price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the price difference if this occurs.
